RESERVATION CONDITIONS

The stay can be paid 15 days before arrival by online payment (A secure payment link will be provided) or by means of a credit or debit card.

Hommyhome reserves the right to temporarily charge an amount before check-in using the credit/debit card provided by the guest.

Non-refundable reservations do not allow cancellation or modification, must be paid at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER

If cancellation occurs, the following will be charged as a penalty:

  • Until 15 arrival days, no expenses
  • Less than 14 days before arrival, the 100% of the reserve

There will be no payments if the client voluntarily withdraws from the services before the end of their stay.

 

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY

In the event that for unforeseen reasons and not attributable to the company, the accommodation could not be occupied, the company will make available to the client another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without reimbursement by either party.
INTERNAL RULES

1. BEHAVIOUR:

are you at home, please behave civically and respecting the general rules of coexistence.

2. DAMAGE:

Please, take care of the apartment like your own house, the deteriorations that occur in it will be your responsibility.

3. ENTRIES AND EXITS:

Check in: of 15:00 h a 21:00 | Check out: until 12:00 h (PLUS for Late Check in from 21:00 es 35€).

4. BREACH OF RULES:

– Failure to comply with the established rules may mean that HOMMYHOME terminates the accommodation contract.

– supplies, so much water, such as electricity and internet are included in the stipulated rental price. Excess monthly electricity consumption above €75 according to the supporting invoice, must be paid where appropriate by the tenant.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUESTS OF THE APARTMENT:

o Respect the establishment and its facilities.

o Deposit garbage daily in containers on public roads.

o Comply with safety regulations, coexistence and hygiene.

o Smoking and pets are not allowed.

o Deposit valuables in the safe.

6. CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT:

The initial and final cleaning of the apartment are included, please leave the apartment clean and tidy. If you need any extra cleaning and change of linen, ask us the price.

7. SECURITY:

In case of fire, you have a fire extinguisher located in the kitchen under the sink. Evacuate facility if unable to extinguish fire, don't jeopardize your safety.

8.BAIL: Refundable accommodation deposit.

All reservations must pay a security deposit of €150.00, except in the cases of independent houses, where the deposit will be €500.00.

By means of this document, the guest assumes full responsibility for any damages that may be caused to the leased property., as well as its content. The amount of the deposit will be used to cover, in addition to the expenses indicated in the previous section, the following concepts as compensation:

-Leave garbage in the apartment: 30€ ·

-leave many dishes, dirty glasses or cutlery: 30€

-Lost keys or leaving them inside: 70€

-smoking in the building: 100€

-Entry of more people than those indicated in the reservation: 100€ person and day.

-Make parties or disturbing activities in the property: 150€

-Departure after check-out if it does not prevent the use of the next guest: 50€ per hour or fraction (except written authorization).
